Has anyone read his book The Fat Burning Diet Made Easy? It apparently promotes a carb cycling "way of life". I have been pretty much below 30 grams of carbs a day (occasional cheat days) for a while and cannot seem to get the last 10 lbs off.
So, I just ordered the book and am hoping this could be the change I need. I've read many good reviews, but was wondering if anyone on here has read this? I know I really like his protein powder for shakes though!
