Good job, Kate!

Boy do I hate the eliptical trainer. I haven't been on one in 3 years until recently, and it's so hard to start over!!! The one I had in my home was also a lot easier than the high quality ones at the gym I currently attend. I tend to bounce around and try to do 15-20 minutes each on the eliptical, recumbent bike and treadmill. I try to get 45 minutes in a day, though some days I peter out at 30!
Keep up the good work!

That's really funny! I do crunches on the ball, it's easier on my back, but it still burns! I also do hip extensions. Lay on the floor with your ankles resting on the ball and raise your but up til you're right in line with your legs. I hate push ups, but you can do these too on the ball. My knee was swollen all weekend. I'm trying to figure out if it's a specific exercise I'm doing, or just that I haven't done anything in a long time. I don't think sitting with it bent at my desk helps, but exercise should be good for it. Arrrghh.
