After the scale stopped moving for a second, I got scared and feared I might have hit my 1st stall already!!! So I decided to take 2 days off of working out and let my body rest a little.

This morning when I woke up to use the bathroom ~ 7:30am, instead of going back to bed, I felt like exercising! This change in energy is freakin' me out!!

45min Turbojam - This is the only exercise I can remember doing in my life where sweat drips down the FRONT of my neck!!! Ive done them all(tae-bo,step aerobics, etc, etc,etc)
