Default Body Fat now acceptable

As of today I had 24.6% body fat which gets me out of the obese range, for body fat. Still overweight in terms of BMI. It is so good be in the acceptable range for body fat though!

That's awesome! Do you have a bodyfat range guide, or whatever you would like to call it? Im just wondering what the different ranges for bodyfat are, and whats acceptable and not.

Good stuff mackross. Atta boy!

Do not get hung up on BMI, your bodyfat percentage is more important, and stay away from the Domino's stuff if you can (saw it in your profile!)

That's awesome! I was just looking at the healthy BMI ranges online and saw that I am "obese". I am looking forward to being just "overweight". I can't yet imagine how great it would feel to be "normal"
