avocado dip
just saw this in 'healthy' magazine.
1 large peeled ripe avocado
juice of 1 lemon
tabasco sauce
1 tomato chopped
toasted sesame seeds
(pitta bread...but i guess thats not a good idea lol - ill prob use green beens, cucumber etc or even low carb tortilla)
halve and stone the avocaso then cut into rough chunks and whizz to a smooth cream in a blender. add a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and few drops of tabasco, the chopped tomato plus salt and pepper to taste, just before serving sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
