Default I hit a new low weight

I thought this might give others some ideas. After not losing weight most of this month I somewhat gave up on losing right now and made some changes, accidentally hit on some things that worked.

Raised my carbs from as low as I could stand and as many skipped meals as possible to 30 net carbs and eating when hungry, about 3x/day.

I planned my food for the week and made a grocery list, I'm on a very tight budget. Weird stuff didn't entice me cause I had a well thought out plan.

I didn't put sweet n low on the list, I use a lot of that 4-7 packets a day. I ran out the first day. Grew to like my coffee with butter, it's nice that it's 0 carb, instead of 4 carbs a cup. Things started tasting naturally sweet to me.

I've been extremely hungry for weeks and all the mayo, butter, co, cream cheese, peanut butter didn't satiate. What filled me up? Beef, there's nothing like it.

That's my LC diet finds, what's yours?

Good for you! Congratulations on the new low!

I have also found that on those occasions when I’ve gone off plan for a few days nothing brings me back faster than two days of nothing but beef.

Yesterday I had some Cadbury Easter candy and I woke up this morning famished! Carbs equal hunger for me. Today will be an all meat day for sure.

I 'm sooooo HAPPY for YOU !!!

You stuck with the program, gave it a tweek and it is working for you.
gra

My plan is to actually weigh my food to keep to 30 carbs a day but include nuts and fruits.

I want MORE veg and fruit from the rainbow--to fight diseases in general and cancer specifically ( before I get a diagnosis).

Love frozen cherries with high fat greek yogurt. Doesnt trigger a binge, for me. But too easy to go over 30 carb daily limit. Weighing seems the best bet.

Too easy to just eat meats and fats--MUST include more vegies.

I do worry about the implications of meats in many health issues--trying to figure out how to go grassfed and organic.

Will see how these changes work into my eating plan.

Im thrilled you made it over the hump and found your groove.

Ms Arielle thanks for the BIG CHEER!

30 carbs is pretty easy. I've been buying salad mix with lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cilantro and pumpkin seeds, I add meat tomato and this week guac. I really like purple grapes and blueberries.

I am on my first week of induction and also have that always full feeling, been eating beef, chicken and turkey and vegetable with every meal.

Actually going 2-3 hours at work without thinking of food (anything sweet).
