I too press my tongue to roof, with mouth closed, and breath deeply. lol
The best butter I can find is Kerrygold, for $4 for the two stick pack. grass fed butter. Organic Valley products becoming more available. Are these possible options for you??
I opted to supplement with vitamin k2 ( MK-7) to help....
As of this morning I noticed that my teeeth dont get that overnight scum.
