What I love about my weight loss so far is having a fellow business owner whom I haven't seen in 3 months randomly say to me "You're looking good".

The total ego boost I got from a few of my early 20's co-workers last night. They were drunk and had lost their brain-to-mouth filters before I arrived at the party. But apparently my body/figure looks pretty good. (at least in clothes) lol

Having a grocery bagging lady come up to me and tell me how great I looked.

It was something I needed to hear, and was so incredibly welcomed and appreciated

Oh one other thing, being able to wear PJs to bed in the winter. Before when I would wear them at 352, It felt like a was a whale getting twisted up in the clothing whenever I turned to lie a different way in bed.

But know I can turn easily, have them be baggy and no problem.

And I can keep warm at night

Okay one more one more thing having better bladder control. I don't know if I mentioned this. But I thoroughly enjoy peeing like a race horse again. And not having the urge to go pee on such a little amount!

OKay so this is a new one. Looking down at my feet.

First I do see my feet. Not my boobs not my belly. So Yeah.

Next, I can now see the beginning of my thigh jutting past my lovely muffin top fold...

I looked down and said oh my that is my leg, I am seeing it when looking down

I can't see my feet - I am rather large in the bust area - BUT - I now see those instead of my belly! It's kind of liberating!

Isn't that great toni! I know the feeling my belly use to go out to be even with my chest just about... No longer... I literally look down and see my boobs. and then an indent to where my belly now lies...

Just wait you are going to love it when it goes down further!

Kuddos to you for loosing 18 pounds!

My collar bone is starting to emerge!

Last week I found some clothes I'd put away because I'd gotten too fat - I've been storing these clothes for more than 15 years and forgotten all about them. Two blouses were actually too big and two are just right. The skirts will have to wait a bit - I seem to be losing faster on the top half. But they almost fit.
