Did you hear? Metformin as an anti-aging drug.
Ran across this today.

Or, I dunno, maybe EAT RIGHT?
A low carb diet has a known anti-aging effect too... reduces free radicals, inflammation, and AGEs.
And so metformin is not without its side effects, I understand. |
