Colonics are only of benefit to the wallet of the person who is performing it.

if you're eating right, you don't need it.
spend your money on a pedicure, a massage, a hair lightening and maybe some waxing instead.

I do a colonic about every 10 days. I have been suffering from candida and adrenal fatigue for four years. Colon hydrotherapy is the first thing that has significantly helped with my fatigue and I regret not listening to my doctor and doing it sooner. Everything effects individuals differently. I hope you had success with your treatment as I noticed you posted your question awhile ago.

I started this early Dec and have only had 4 days of fatigue since. I realize doing colonics frequently poses other health risks but I do probiotics regularly and hope to do the colonics less frequently as time goes by.

i also suffer from fatigue, CFS to be precise , 6 years now but not severe like other pp who are bedbound. im trying to get out of it.

Default colonics :)

In the past I found colonics very beneficial. I always had a glow afterwards. My digestion improved significantly during the period I was doing colonics.

This was after having a diet that was very poor for a long time, junk food, high fat etc. Today I am eating differently and do not feel that I need them any longer but I do believe they would still be a great health supercharger.
