Yes, I think we are all so different, hormones, age, activity and all. We have to find what works for us. I am glad I can eat more protein than I thought, now I won't be so worried when I go out.

And yes, everything changes as we age. LOL I always promised myself that when I reach 85, I would eat bon bons all day long!
