Default anyone up for a 1 week challenge

One week of staying on plan. Drinking water and maybe 20 min of excercise minium.
We can post menus, goals for the week, advice and questions.

i have 9 pound of water weight to lose due to high carb eating.(I CHEATED!!!) A challenge would be helpful for me and others who want to lose some toooooo!!!!!!!!

I AM READY ..........ANYONE WHAT TO JOIN OR ARE YOU CHICKEN!!!!!!WEAK!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Thumbs up Challenge.. I think I could go for this!

I think I'm ready to accept a challenge and see if I can do this one week without cheating!

Since I've not cheated today.. would we start today?

Breakfast: 2 strips bacon, 2 eggs

Lunch: 2 hot dogs, salad, 1 string cheese

Dinner: Pork Chop, spinach, salad, mashed potatoes OR desert (I'll decide later)

My biggest problem is getting in that water. I've only had 2 1/2 10 oz. glasses so far.

Great! The more the merrier I say!

Let's see.. today so far has been:

B: Oven Lemon Pancake (I'll send or post the recipe if you'd like it)
it was less than 4 carbs per serving
2 slices bacon
water

L: Ham and string cheese roll ups
water

D: (Planned) Baked chicken legs
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans

I have a headache today which I'm trying to decide if it's from not having any coffee this morning, or just a headache from painting and spackling.

I did WAY better on water consumption yesterday and took someone on this board's advice and have taken the Brita container out of the frig and let the water be room temp. I can definetely drink more when it's room temperature.

SMALL LOW CARB BAR (I KNOW, BAD MOVE. BUT IT IS JUST SO EASY. AH, WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS)

L-SALAD W/BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
6 STRIPS BACON

D-TYPICAL ITALIAN DINNER
PASTA, MEATBALLS SAUSAGE.
ONLY TOOK A SMALL AMT. OF PASTA. MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN 1/3. HAD 2NDS OF MEAT AND LC VEGGIE(ASPARAGUS). STARTED WITH THE SALAD.

THEN I HAD 1 SMALL PEPPERMINT PATTIE(GOD I LOVE THESE)
I CUP OF COFFEE W/ SOME CREAM AND COOL WHIP IN IT. TASTED DELICIOUS. LIKE A DESSERT.

BUT I STILL FEEL GUILTY. I THINK WHEN I FEEL FULL I FEEL GUILTY. I GO OVER IN MY HEAD A HUNDRED TIMES EVERYTHING I ATE. IT WAS ALL OK. MAYBE I'M NUTS.

HOPE YOU BOTH DID OK! I'LL BE BACK TOMORROW. SEE YA.

Talking Feeling full.. the best blessing!

I feel very full right now.. but I've not been able to shake this headache all day and that makes everything else sorta blah.

You know, I blew it one day last week and had carbs (way too many) before my Reward Meal. I tried to compensate at the RM because we were having Spagetti for dinner. I ended up cooking cabbage and eating my spagetti sauce over that and it was pretty darn good! Saved a ton of carbs too.

Tomorrow will be easier because I'll be at work. I can always seem to have much less trouble at work, probably because I can't get to the frig

Are you guys weighing everyday?

i am so happy right now, this moment. There is something about being on plan and not cheating that makes me feel good. WHY DO I CHEAT ANYWAY!!!!!

I'M GLAD WE ALL DID GOOD. I AM WEIGHING EVERYDAY. MAYBE I SHOULDN'T. BUT WHAT IF I WEIGH ON A LOW DAY THEN NOT AGAIN UNTIL A HIGH DAY. I'LL WANT TO JUMP OFF THE VERAZZANO BRIDGE. (I'M FROM NY).
ANYWAY,LISA I BET YOUR HEADACHE IS FROM THE NO COFFEE. WHEN I WAS DOING ATKINS I SWITCHED TO DECAF IN THE MORNING AND MY HEADACHES WERE SO SO BAD UNTIL I WENT TO BED AT NIGHT. I LIKE MY REG COFFEE IN THE MORNING ANYWAY.

I saw this this morning, can I join? Better late than never, I'd say. I did my water, exercise, proper meals. One clean day!!! YEAH ME!!!

B- 2 eggs with fried cabbage
L- Salad with sardines and mayonnaise (homemade)
D- small piece of steak, large salad w/mayo, canned spinach carrot/celery juice with ground flax seeds and a scoop of soy protein isolate for my carb.

Why the carrot juice? Because I made it yesterday before I decided to do this and I'll be darned if it's getting thrown out!

Exercise was body flex, some weights, and resistance bands. Is this called a crash diet plan?

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN ON CAD? YOU LOST A LOT ALREADY. I WISH I WAS WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. YOU LOOK LIKE YOU ARE EATING PERFECT. A LOT LESS THAN ME. MAYBE THAT'S MY PROBLEM. WHO KNOWS? I DON'T WANT TO FEEL HUNGRY, THAT'S FOR SURE. THEN I'D GO FOR THE CARBS. SO I EAT UNTIL I'M SATISFIED. I TRY TO DRINK ALL THE WATER. SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. BUT I SEEM TO BE GAINING AND LOSING THE SAME DAMN 2 POUNDS FOR 2 WEEKS NOW.

This is my first clean day in 2 years! I started at 149, went to 129 FAST, then back up to 140 at the Dr's in mid January. Major bummer!!! time to get very serious. Maybe a week challenge will do it. If I stick to a clean plan, it works great. But I can't do anything refined, ever. It stops me cold. I eat less now than I did when I started, so maybe that'll help, too. Good luck! We can do this!
