Just need to be cheat free challenge

I wanted to start a challenge for all of us out there that are looking to be cheat free! This will be a 3 week challenge and its basic. The goal is to stay cheat free for alt lease 3 weeks.

We can post starting weights and how we feel about being cheat free. I know that I can loose weight with this Way of Life but I need to curb my cheats.

Anyone else in?

Challenge starts Monday 11-10-03 ends 11-24-03

My start weight 176 Cheat free as of 11-10-03!
