Back from the wedding festivities!

DH, DS#1 and I are joining the nearby fitness center this coming weekend. I've been doing a free trial week yesterday and today and will continue the rest of the week.

Working on finding the best workouts to do with the bad knee. The elliptical is ok so far as is the recumbent bike. I am also getting some good outdoor bike rides and doing the kettlebell workouts.

I've been so busy that I haven't had much time to post here....still working out regularly. The family joined the nearby fitness last Sunday and we've been getting some great workouts.

Also still doing the kettlebell workouts and will be doing indoor biking downstairs now that the weather isn't good for outdoor biking. I won't put the outdoor bike away for the winter just yet in case there is better weather in the near future.

The fitness center workouts are going great! Still doing kettlebells when I can. Outdoor biking is almost done...I'm hoping to get one or two more rides if I can but the wind has been a problem lately.
