Hi Najimine

I find that this food combining section is a bit of a ghost town. Perhaps you would have better luck posting this question in.....hmm...newbies questions, or even the recipe section where all of the knowledgeable food folk hang out?

Did you just join the forum? If so, hang around for a bit. Even though a lot of folks are not really into the food combining thing, you will surely find that we really are a lot more alike than different. Journals are great. Surf around, say what's on your mind, and have fun! Welcome!!


Edited to add: Does fat free coffee mate list carbs? Can we guess that if the carbs are high, than so is the Glycemic index? I don't know much about the program that you are on, I'm afraid. Sorry no help!
