Default SS Protein Shakes

Have any of you tried the Somersize Protein Shakes? Do they taste good? What is the calorie/fiber/fat count of the shakes. Did you order from HSN or www.suzannesomers.com? (I was wondering how the shipping costs compared between the two.

Was anyone unable to log onto this site for a long time? I was getting Internal Server Errors for a couple of weeks.

After looking at depth at the discussion board on the Suzanne Somers website, I decided not to order Suzanne's protein shakes. I did order Whey protein powder on-line that a member had recommended and given shake recipes for. (5 lb cannister for $27)(I called a store and they had the same product in a 2lb cannister for $39)

I had also heard members on that board mention a sweetener called Whey-Low. I ordered some of that today too. I have never used it. They are supposed to have a version that is good in ice cream.

I have tried the SS shakes and prefer them to Atkin's, but they are more expensive and harder to get.. I have not tried the whey protein powders

I make my own protein shakes based on the recipes that PT created http://www.suzannesomers.com/Commun...9&M=True&S=True

They taste good and are filling. And the price is right.
