Question Where can I get more CAD/CALP info?

I'm getting ready to switch from Atkins to CAD or CALP. I want to get some basic info until I can afford to buy both books but I can't find anything in my search on the web.

Anyone know of a site that gives you the basics? I'm anxious to make the switch but need more info.

Thanks so much!

Lightbulb Books for less

You can pick up a cheap lightly used copy of either book at half.ebay.com. Apparently lots of people buy diet books and don't do much with them.

I personally recommend CALP if you're only going to buy one. It's available for less than $4 including shipping. Here's the link: CALP book

Thanks so much for the info. I checked out the website and ordered the book. I never would have known I could find the book so inexpensively without that info! Thanks!!!
