Question Ricatta

Every Morning I have a Ricatta, egg, cream pudding with vanilla, pad of butter and a packet of splenda. (5carbs) Is this a bad thing to have daily?
I like it because it feels like breakfast. The main problem I have about my meals is that I like my breakfast to be breakfasts and the rest of my meals can be whatever.
Its a comfort thing.

Looks fine, Lessara. Looks just like a Mock Danish. My boyfriend has one every morning as well.. sometimes a double. I have the odd one as I have this thing about too much dairy But they certainly do make good comfort foods, I had a huge one Friday when I was at the peak of my cold and I'd spent "the day from Hell" on an airplane.. Yum E.

Do you crave them? Do you think about how nice it will be tomorrow morning to get up and have a ricotta thingy for breakfast?

Yep, it's low carb, but craving them is another matter. Only you can decide if this is what you want for yourself.

Now I'm only speaking for myself, but I would get rid of the sweetener and make a savory pancake out of the mixture with some bacon and cheese. Turning to food for comfort is not what I personally want to do.

Smile Hmmm

I don't have any "cravings", oh don't get me wrong, I had cravings during the first three weeks of Atkins, headaches, pains, needs... oh I remember! But since then I have had no cravings. I'm fortunate enough to be a meat eater so my favorite meal is Steak with Mushrooms. I sometimes miss fruit but each time I eat strawberries I breakout and when I eat melons or peaches I stall and hold water. So no fruit.
What I mean my comfort food is like... a warm cup of fragrant tea on a cold winter morning... things that make you go ahhh!
