it's a different way of thinking about protein with a keto diet - adding extra protein for gloconeogenesis along with the regular protein for rebuilding.


I'll look into bumping up my protein intake. I know that the Dukan diet encourages more protein over fat. I'm not trying to build, however, just wanting to lose fat.

I'm so curious about going into ketosis and I've read it's only possible by having 80% of your diet from fat; 10% from protein; 10% from carb.
