I think that is pretty darn good! Especially because TOM is due any day.

I always make sure to measure in the morning, btw. I defintely see things smoothing out and looking good.

Today is day 4 of CLA:


16/9.......................25/9
bust: 47..................47
under bust: 42..........41.5
high waist: 45..........46
belly button: 42........41.5
hip: 52.5.................51
top of thigh: 28........28
arm: 13...................14

so a couple of losses, and a couple of GAINS! maybe I'm just measuring in the wrong spot .. I really hope so because I am taking this mainly to get that extra roll of flab off my upper abdominals (what muscles, there be only jelly)

I've only taken 2 measures and am seeing a little bit of result:

Natrual waist: 31".....-1/4"=30.75
at belly button 35"....-1/2"=34.5

Results after one week:

Upper-4.5" above navel 29, down 1/2" to 28.5"
Navel-32" down 1/2" to 31
lower-34 down 1/4" to 33.75"

It's definately working. I am exercising too.

Remeber, it promotes muscle gain. Your body may be gaining lean muscle mass. My stomach went UP 1 inch at one point then suddenly went down 2.

Just a quick question, if you forget a dose, do you guys just wait till you eat something before having the next set? Do you just miss that dose out completely or do you make it up later in the day? Or take double? What do you guys do?

Um, I take a snack and eat them then, or if I've really messed up I take one lot before dinner and one after....

IT's still working so it must be ok!


None of us are perfect... I think as long as you take it properly the majority of the time, you'll be fine.

I have only taken the CLA for 2 days, so I'm not sure these results are from the CLA or just LC-ing. Anyway, this morning I came up with this:

Waist: 33.5"
2.5" below navel: 37"
Right at navel: 35.5"

I figured the 3" change had to be wrong, but no matter where I put the tape measure, I could not come up with 40". I will note, however, that I took the original measurements in the late night, and these were taken this morning before breakfast. That also may make a difference. Still I am pleased that there may be change in the air!!

Ladibug, I try to take my measurements everyday in the morning at the same time. After a day of eating and drinking, your measurements can go up.

But so far so good for you!

Yep, good point, I'd forgotten about that.

I'm also measuring in the evenings which might have soemthing to do with stomach fluctuations. I can't seem to get my tape measure nd eyeballs coordinated in the morning
