My scale was weird yesterday. First it said 101 (in your dreams), then 111, then it settled on 109. It probably needs new batteries.

I'll be away this coming Thursday through Sept 24. I will have access to a scale, and I'll post if it seems reasonably comparable to my scale here (though how I'm going to tell that now is a good question.)

Not too unhappy with the number on the scale this morning after my birthday weekend. Although I did eat and drink what I wanted over the past couple of days, I didn't go overboard, and certainly didn't over abuse the carbs!

Now it's time to get back to normal and focus on maintenance again
