Thought I'd come over to here and say hello. I'm trying this WOE out just to see the difference from Atkins. I did the CAD years ago and enjoyed it and had some success too. I can't remember why I stopped it to tell you the truth. I'm on a journey to find the perfect WOE for me, one that fits into my life easily and doesn't make me feel weird or different and also fits my budget. I hope this is the one. I've been on it for the last couple of days and are enjoying it immensely. It has broken a stall I had which is good, but there was no telling if the stall was about to break anyway to be fair. My journal is a tell tale for an emotional eater with a sprinkle of anger thrown in. Funny but I didn't notice it till I went over it again. I think I have some serious issues with food and even moreso with perfectionism, but that's all about to change. Looking forward to hearing from someone that is eating this way. I can do with all the help I can get.

Hello! Just dropping in to say I love this woe (I follow CALP), and have no problems with the idea of eating this way the rest of my life. I just plain feel better when I eat this way.

Hope to see you posting in the daily thread!

Thanks Eno and Pat for the welcome. I'll post on the other thread for sure. I'm enjoying the freedom this WOE provides.

Hi,
I follow the CAHLP. I just got back on to it since I went a bout with low fat again, got sucked in by WW and Dr. Oz, and that didn't work. I was hungry all the time...always looking for something to eat...ahhhh! I lurk more than post.
