Default I'm going on vacation!

After some very trying years, I'm going to florida in 2 months, ahhh. So I'm at the weight I want be, but is there any hope of firming up a 51 year old women? Is it even worth trying?

I may not look like a super model..., I have a pooch, I have cellulite, I have some rolls, but yes, there is hope.

Yes, it's definitely worth trying ... and I second Failed in that weight training is a good way to go.

you should see some of Teri's posts, pics and her blog- she transformed her body with weights and Walk off the Pounds. COme over to the HOUR POWER thread on the CAD/CALP area- she is amazing. It makes a difference.
