I didn't know what a sandwich thin was so had to go research it.
Anything that is enriched particularly flour-type products are off my list of acceptable things. Enriched to me means overly processed. I'm with Judy, Esekial is a MUCH better choice. I'd stay away from this with a 10-foot pole.
