Default Supplements/Vitamins black coffee

Hi

Slightly random topic heading I know

Just wanted to ask - especially the seasoned CALPs Eno and Hoppinn - do you take supplements/vitamins?? If so, in what quantity please?

Also - i know we can only have one milky/creamy coffee a day outside reward meal to be consumed within 15 - do you also have black coffee at aditional times?

hi-
you can have black coffee or tea anytime. For me, it is not only black but unsweetened and unflavored. It is a YMMV issue, but for me a sweet is a sweet. I used to have a diet soda as a treat once/day- back when I started- now I may have one once a week or less.

I take lots of supplements- but they are not weight related. The Hellers especially recommend the Chromium.

I begin my day with two cups of black coffee every morning. As soon as I am finished, I fill up my water bottle and take my chromium for the day. My beverage of choice has been water for quite a few years now so I don't normally drink anything else besides my coffee in the morning.

I am horrible at taking vitamins but I have began taking the GTF Chromium two weeks after I began following this way of eating.

I am sure there are other supplements that may be good for me, but for now that is all I take!
