I've seen some people on here saying they wanted to start a meat fast right after an egg fast. I was wondering if that is safe and if the results are twice as good..... because if so then I'd like to try that too....I am on my 2cd day of egg fasting, but I have mixed it up with some other fats....If I don't see results then I'd like to try something different....

I don't see it being twice as effective, like the meat one working twice as well as it normally would just because it's following an egg one.. I'd say one following another would be better than staying on one for a long period of time, just because your body might not adapt as quickly.
