Default Daily Menu Thread 11/12

By popular demand we're going to match the daily thread with the date it's being posted on.

Post your menus here! Either what you ate yesterday or what you plan to eat today. Please let's give newbies and oldbies some good "food for thought" and ideas.

me:

Plan: Atkins
Phase: Post Induction
Variation: 5-6 small meals throughout the day to keep insulin stable and keep metabolism up.

Meal One: 2 sausages, 2 eggs
Meal Two: FlaxOMeal, cinnamon spice kind. High Fiber, low carb cereal available anywhere low carb choices are sold (netrition, low carb connessoir, carbsmart etc). with splenda and butter and dash of cream
Meal Three: small bowl of Keto Elbows (available through low carb connessoir and netrition) with tuna fish and mayo
Meal Four: Chicken breast and salad
Meal Five: Small porkchop with salad
Meal Six: Egg salad on lettuce

After today I will only post my diet for the date of the thread.
But just this once I will post yesterday and today here. Please don't let this throw anyone for a loop.

Yesterday (11/11)

6am
2 egg omellette, mushrooms/spinach...5
12pm
Eggsalad(spinach & mayo in it)w
some tuna.......................5
2:30pm
2 HB eggs --- I'm kind of eggin'it...1
6pm
Stewmeat with spinach salad/olive oil...5
carbs = 16
------------------
Today 11/12/01 (so far will be updated later)

5:45am
Egg (had double yolk)...3
11:15am
3oz salmon with
meatsalad(food processor: stew meat/spinach/mushroom w flaxseed/mayo)
2 hb eggs............10
5pm
hard boiled egg...(.5)
9pm
rest of meatsalad, almond butter...3

carbs 16.5-ish

Breakfast: Breakfast Quiche (Fran McCullough's version plus sausage)

Lunch (will be): leftover "Sticky Chicken" from the recipes thread

It's later:

mid-afternoon: small apple and cheese

Dinner, crockpotted pork tenderloin covered with Lipton's Onion soup mix, sauteed zuccini

2.5 litres of spring water

Default 11/12...I'm not eating nearly as well as you guys...

Atkins (Day 33)

Meal 1: mock mcmuffin (w/ mushrooms and onions) / 32 oz. of H20
Meal 2: Mock Danish / 32 oz. H20
Meal 3: Small handfull of Macadamia nuts (probably 5)
Meal 4: 1 serving of pepperoni's / 32 oz. H20
Meal 5: 8 small cheese cubes / 32 oz. H20
Meal 6: Another small handfull of Macadamia nuts, 3" pickle, 1 hotdog / 32 oz. H20

Total Carb: 12 / 5 Liters of H20

I'm not sure if I should even call them "Meals," I think I more or less snack all day
