I totally missed this thread.

My CCL (losing) is about 25-35.

My CCM (maintenance) is about 45-55. Although.... I really can't say that 100% because I stay right around there and have still been slipping down slowly. I'm not psychologically ready yet to really push much higher than 45-55.

I'll give you some of the foods that I've eaten over the past few days. I keep my diet very varied so that I don't get bored with it.

yogurt and coffee for breakfast
zucchini and onion frittata for lunch with a cup of home made spilt pea and veggie soup.
Lunch today will be grd turkey taco skillet( onion, mushrooms and cabbage are the veggies)
dinner is usually either a salad with a measured amount of protein(3-5 ozs), with avocaod and olives and balsamic vinegrette dressing. or like tonight I'll get a nice piece of fish and have it with sauteed onion, peppers, mushrooms and wilt spinach into it. Maybe a sweet potato( with a bit of butter ) too.
I eat 1-2 pieces of fruit daily and lately its been an orange in the evening.
I eat a small amount of nuts or nut butters daily also.

Janine, sorry you are feeling so crappy about your food.

"Janine, sorry you are feeling so crappy about your food. "

It's the losing that's hard - I am fine with the food right now. I have a muscle injury and my D levels are low plus my cortisol levels are very high, so I am trying to fix that and see if it gets something moving...

ahhhhh Janine, you have had such a crappy time since fall.

Maybe Schwarzbein is on to something that before we try and lose the weight we have to heal our bodies.

You have been under so much stress lately the high cortisol levels do not surprise me and Philly in the middle of winter....at least improving your Vit D levels is relatively easy.

What I ate yesterday....

Pastrami sandwich--4 oz of nitrate free pastrami on herbed flax meal bread with swiss cheese and tons of mayo. A side of kosher pickles. Raspberries and blue berries.

Sauted shrimp with tomatoes and vermouth on a bed of zuchinni noodles with artichoke antipasto.
