My own experience has been that I get along with dairy (was off it for years without anything good happening) but what does help is: - I am very sensitive to Omega 6 seed oils and keep those to a minimum
- I get grassfed gelatin in tea with a meal; does wonders for my joints
- I take niacin, B complex, and C every day
- stay away from chronic NSAIDS which can cause leaky gut
- sugar alcohols upset my gut
- went gluten free which healed my gut
