I started this past Monday and have already lost 5 lbs! Better yet, my appetite is FINALLY under control! I am so thrilled! I finally feel like I have found something that I can do FOREVER.

It is exciting isn't it. Congratulations on your 5lb. loss. A friend and I stated about 8 days ago. I can't believe the extra energy I have, well maybe just energy at all. Also I'm not really craving the sweet stuff that much anymore. Hope it stays that way. My weight went up at first but now it's one the way down. From the weight it went up to and to my new weight I'm down 5.2, if you just take it from my starting weight I'm down 3.2. But the scale is moving and that makes me smile Good luck to you. Hope the excitement stays with you!!!
