Default Chromium question

I only have the original CAD book, but have read elswhere on this forum about chromium. It must be mentioned in the CALP book. Does anyone take it, what is it supposed to do, and does it help/work?

It help you crave less (if you are low on crome)
I use magnesium and calcium - for good sleep and get of some of the stress (coffee and life)
Vitamin D during winter, all the Bs and C are welcome.
Organic natural multivitamin & mineral "shots" with the RM during autumn and spring is a good kickstart.

Fish oil is essential. Eating CAD/CALP is very nurturing, I have found needing less with time. The body heals.

Bless! (Gona post this in my journal)

I've just started taking the GTF chromium.

The CALP book states that 9/10 people don't get enough chromium in their diets. It's a bit technical, but chromium is involved with insulin metabolism, so taking chromium will decrease insulin levels and therefore decrease cravings. You have to take it on an empty stomach, and it may take a month or more to show effects. The book stressed that you should take GTF chromium and not chromium picolinate, 200 micrograms.

I'm waiting to see if it works. I also take a multivitamin and fish oil.

Hope this helps!
