I am so glad I found this Canadian site as I am from Ontario and have only been on the USA sites. Now I feel like I am home with my own people.
I have been low-carbing from Oct 31 1999. To date I have lost 32 lbs. and still going. I wanted to loose weight to feel better about myself. Much to my surprise I have lost all the symptoms of my fibromyalgia and feel sooo good. I hope all the newcomers to this way of eating will keep it up as you will have unexplained energy, and not feel tired any more. If you cheat fatigue will set in again. I have gone off the diet once for a week while on vacation and I went back to feeling tired and fibromyalgia symptons started to return. Right away I went back on this way of eating and am feeling great. Keep it up everyone and it will pay off for you in a big way.
