Unhappy non-induction nausea?

Hi all,
I have a few questions and want to see if there is anyone else out there with these problems...

I have been eating about the same for at least a month and a half, specifically aprox 20-25 g carbs a day (almost all veggies and cheese carbs), 1400-1700 cals. I eat almost no processed foods (or sugar alcohols), take enough vitamins, water etc, but lately (as in about the last week) I have been feeling terrible! I am very nauseated, and have been having these irritating low level headaches. As of after lunch, I have only eaten about 750 cals, but really have desire to eat anything. I start to lose the nausea after dh forces me to have dinner, so I can handle a snack. My workouts have not been nearly as intense lately either. Really other than these things I feel fine, so I know I am not actually sick.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I pretty much feel like crap until 7 or 8 pm, and then feel icky as soon as I eat again the next morning. This isn't the same icky way I felt in induction, I dont have the fainting feeling I had then.

You said you feel better after dinner, so maybe having a small snack might help. Before LC and occasionaly after I get extreamly nausous when I havn't eaten. I think it has to do with blood sugar, though not sure. What really helps me is to break up my eating into small meals through out the day. The longest I go without eating is maybe 4 hours. I usualy try to have something every 2-3, or I will start having the nausia and other problems. Sometimes it even feels like I'm drunk and slurring my words, I just want to lay down not eat, which would make it worse.

I used to get blood sugar drops before lc and feel very faint (very did faint though) Now it seems like I feel icky pretty much from right after breakfast until about 2 hours after dinner. I don't feel like eating, so have in turn been eating less. (yesterday I ate only 1100 cals up through dinner, I finally felt better so I ate a good snack which brought me to 1350...) I liked when eating this way actually made me feel good, and not this consistently crappy way I feel now! I could also do without these headaches, I guess its good the migraines have stopped (Ive been migrane free for almost 4 mos!)
