Default B Complex Cause Twitching?

Hello Everyone! Has anyone else STARTED twitching when they began supplementing a B complex? I know twitching can be caused by a B deficiency and so I'm wondering if this is some sort of weird reaction to my body finally getting the B it (maybe)? so desperately needs. The first two days of supplementing with the B complex I also had a headache which for me has been the classic detox reaction I've gotten when I incorporate a new vitamin or mineral into my regimen.

I should mention that I also had some twitching when I first began supplementing magnesium taurate, which it turns out I desperately needed so I'm hoping I'm onto something with the B complex. But I'm just not sure.

My plan is to use up the bottle and see if I think it's helping. No question I have more energy but I've also recently started back carb free and I always feel better without bread and sugar dragging me down.
