Default Protein Powders and The Schwarzbein Principle

I've been eating fresh berry smoothies made with whey protein the last couple of days. I became curious as to whether the protein was appropriate for the Schwarzbein program. Her first book only lists soy protein powder. I decided to see if anything would come up if I searched the newest book on Amazon. This is what I found:

"... better to use protein powders than not to eat any protein at all. However, do not use soy protein powders. The best powders to use are made from whey or rice proteins. ..."

Apparently, she has changed her recommendation in the intervening years.
