Ohhhhh...okay, I get it...both the lingo and the dessert on CALP. I'll try it tonight even though I haven't gotten my book yet. I'll just follow CAD with a balance on my RM...is that about right? I weighed myself this morning and I'm up 1/2 pound. I'm not really upset about it because I know this program isn't supposed to be a fast quick loss which is fine because this will be a WOL for me, but I'm thinking maybe I should cut out 1 of my CMs. I did it once this week and I lost the next day. It's weird, I'm following the program as I should be and I'm exercising every other day but each morning either I'm up or down. Right now, as it stands, I've gained a pound and half since I started CAD...! Any suggestions? I mean, I'd rather the scale not move at all then go up.

One of the things in CAd is to 'weight average'- weigh daily but average and only look at weekly weight averages. That takes away the focus on daily fluctuations.
Post your daily menus and let us comment. If you post in the "hour Power" thread more people will see it. Also maybe a journal?

Okay, I'll start posting there...as soon as I could find it. I'm still trying to get used to this forum....can't seem to find certain threads.

How did the bread taste? I've been curious about it ever since I'd read the book, but I've not had any luck finding soy flour.
