Mary-Ann--It certainly is great not to carry all that extra weight any more. No more back and foot pain. No more groaning as I tried to heft myself out of the car or a couch. I'm able to paint my toes again (couldn't do it before because my tummy was in the way). I have energy now to play with my girls, and I'm not embarrassed to go out to places for fear of running into someone I may not have seen since I was thin. I could go on and on!
