Sorry for the absence since August 3rd. I've been travelling in France and England and just returned. I did not weigh myself during all that time because I knew I was eating more often than usual and more carbs than usual, including a 2-day bread binge in France (fresh, hot, and crusty - it's my version of cocaine and I succumbed). Not to mention wine with everything except breakfast! I'm amazed, really, that the damage was 'only' a 6lb gain. However, I am now officially 15lbs over goal. It feels like I have to start all over again from scratch as though I was never at goal. But, hauling myself back up onto the wagon: a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
