L-glutamine and 5-HTP twice a day along with the vitamin D are really making a difference to me in terms of control this year!!!

Still...I can't wait for winter to be over, lol!!!

They are helping to keep my SAD winter carb/sweet cravings away and under control. That helps me stay on plan, in control, and making good choices.

I'm hoping to maintain my summer's 50+ lb loss and ready to lose even more come spring.

This will be a real difference from years past when SAD tripped me up and I had to struggle to get back on track to lose the pounds I gain every winter.

I really really hope that you are able to maintain that loss this winter- you have worked so hard to get where you are. I hope that 2008 is a great year for you. I know you must be happy that the winter solstice is over and the days are getting longer- more sun!

Thank you for this post! I've kept this under my "favorites" since I found it, and I refer to it often!
