Amino Acids?
I know that Julia Ross, in the Diet Cure recommends amino acids for weight loss. I was wondering if anyone had experience in supplementing your LC diet with aminos, and if it helped? I was considering this product:

I don't want to take a protein powder, as it is hard to find a good one that is gluten-free, and I don't want to waste my carbs on a shake.
