Default Keto Milk Chocolate

http://faces.med.nyu.edu/patient-ca...-milk-chocolate

I found a nice recipe here...the only thing they omitted was when to add the sweetener, so I added it with the melted butter and chocolate as I was whisking.

It turned out pretty well as far as taste. The only problem was it wouldn't come out of candy molds. I think next time I'm going to pour it into little mini muffin cups in a mini muffin pan so that they're easier to eat. I might even throw a few peanuts in there for good measure.

Just wanted to share.

Sounds good- thanks!

Years ago I made chocolate pb cups using foil muffin liners that I sprayed with cooking oil beforehand. They came right out- might work for your recipe?

Update! Ugh, I don't think I can make these any more. I just can't leave them alone. Maybe for the holidays or something.
