Hi Vicki and everyone,

I have normal t4, tsh but low t3. was put on 12.5mcg of cytomel. am thinking that it is diet induced and dont realy need the cytomel but just need to adjut my diet. have always been thin and lean and have gained 30 pounds in 3 months. feel very weird in this new body. what is the IR diet? i would like to try it. if anyone can offer any info , i would REALLY appreciate it!!! thanks and best of luck to all!

I'm orginally from Scotland - lived in South Africa (Cape Town)
for many years, then a year back in the UK before coming here.

We're living in a small village in Friesland - near the Kop Afsluitdijk. If your Mum knows the area I will give you the name of the town....... Been here for a year and spent a year down in Vlissingen (Zeeland) prior to this. My husband is in yacht design so we get around !

I've never been to New York - (hubby has) Its very safe
and quiet here but having been to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale (Boat Shows etc) area twice I know where I'd rather be !!
