Your supplements
I've been on Atkins since early May, but it hasn't been until recently that I've gotten into supplements again.
I'm taking
multivitamin
omega 3 fish oil
zinc
tribulus
saw palmetto
ginkgo biloba
red ginseng
muira puama
Anybody have any experience with these? If so, I'd like to hear about it.
I'd also like to hear what supplements other people are taking.
