I was going to redirect you to the Semilow carb forum, but I see you have found it. I don't sumercise-but I do know that when I started low carbing, it took longer than a week to see any loss. You might want to hit the search icon at the top of the page and put in Summercize (spelling?) and see what people have to say about it. Many people keep journals around here that might help you with your chosen plan.
