A confession of another sort... It absolutely drives me crazy when people take my magazines or books into the bathroom! Filthy! I don't have many pet peeves, in fact, I can only really think of one other. But bathroom reading is definitely one of them. I not only would make George Costanza buy the book, but I'd take him out back and make him eat it as well. He probably needs the fiber anyway!

I'm having issues with raisins, almonds and a few chocolate chips. I could eat a bowl full, then my blood sugar drops, then I need more food

I'm trying really hard to pass this phase and get onto a healthier one.
