Default Am I missing something!

I am reading how you are all getting on with the CAD/CALP way of eating. It makes such a lot of sense. But could you tell me where the actual plan is. Do I need to buy a book, if so any recommendations?
Thank you

hi-
go to AMazon & get the Carbohydrate Addicts Lifespan PRogram

or the CA Healthy Heart Program or the C A Diet- all by Heller & Heller. It should be under $5 including shipping- the last one I got for someone was one penny and $3.99 shipping-

it is an amazing plan.
I went to an appointment today and saw someone in the waiting room who hadn't seen me since early 2003- they kept going on and on about how great I look and how I look like a different person. After 7 years it is still nice to hear!

what I like about this plan is how you can use your reward meal when you need it. For me its lunch for I go to the gym in the am and it causes lower blood sugar for me and I need some carbs at my lunch. I low carb my breakfast and dinner. I do test my blood (Im diabetic) and 2 hours after lunch my blood sugar raises only 20-30 pts. so this is my way of eating
