Hi all

Just wanted to pop in and say I just got back from the gym and spent 45 minutes on the treadmill that's 2 times this week! I still want to do it more times if I can.

Good Morning Everyone, Thursday means only one more day till the dreaded Christmas Party!

Tried to check in last night but my computer froze up, and was frustrated, cold and tired enough to just climb into my warm bed. Just what I needed after a frustrating evening. Tonight I think I'll download a different web browser, I hate Internet Explorer.

Becki - The Mock Dainish was wonderful! Even though I didn't get to eat all of it, I had three people who wanted to try it and so I got a little over half. I hope the kids are feeling better and you are not down with it now.

Yesterdays results:

Carbs - 12

Food tracking - done

Water - 66oz

Journal- done

Today:

Water: about 15oz so far

Well have to run! Have a great Thursday everyone!

Had a slightly off track day yesterday, cals and carbs a little higher than I'd like, but no gain so I'm okay. I almost got all my water in - I'm not even sure why I made it a "goal" because most days I DO get my 64+ oz in - BUT our water was shut off yesterday and we're now on a boil order for 48 hrs, so when I remembered this when I got home I was kinda screwed... Anyway, got in 48oz - BUT I wanted more... *sigh* I was thirsty all night but couldn't drink. Today when I leave work I'm filling up a jug and bringing it home w/ me.

No workout, but I will tonight. I promise. For starting mid-week, at least I'm already at 1 workout, right? Yeah, I know... NO excuses.

Down to 120 this morning. I'm starting to feel dizzy though from the lack of carbs. THis happened last time I did induction. (I'm actually 10 15 carbs above induction but still shakey, dizzy and my heart is pounding. I hate this feeling. I took one bite of real cobbler this morning (tsp) but then decided to give it a couple days to see if this ick feeling goes away before I jack up carbs so I gave the kids all that was left so there will be no more temptation there. Stayed on track all day yesturday and plan to stay on the rest of the day.

Jenn
