I just averaged out my first week on CAD and I am happy to

report a loss of 2.4 1bs, I cannot wait for the end of this

week to see what happens.

Woohoo! Way to go Lana!

Congrats and hope it keeps up. Just keep doing whatever you are doing now, and even if it doesn't come off as fast, remember it is better than nothing! Sometimes it goes in whooshes, stall for a few week than all of a sudden drop a few more.

Thanks for the support everyone. I really think the support will
be the difference between sucess and failure for me.

I am just trying to follow the CAD to the best of my ability, the
first week I had a few cravings, but by elimination I realized
It was the non decaffenated coffee with added Splenda I was
using, also I made the error of including broccoli in my CM meals.
Now my cravings are becoming non existent.

I had today: CM 1: 2 egg omelet with spinach, onions and
turkey bacon, 1 multivitamin, 1 vitamin E capsule
tea (w/cream ) CM 2 - 2 large stuffed mushrooms (cream cheese green peppers, seasoned with cayenne
pepper, and tobasco sauce, sprinkled with
cheddar cheese and baked. chicken wings & left over meatballs RM-tomato& cucumber salad with dressing / 2 more stuffed
mushrooms, butternut squash, more chicken wings, sm cup
milk with a small 1/2 slice of both carrot cake and left over xmas
cake with cream cheese frosting (partly made with splenda)

not so good Is, I haven't done my exercise yesterday or today, well there is always tomorrow I hope Lana
