Question CALP Complex Carbo option

YAY!!.. my CALP book finally came today (ordered it off Amazon as unfortunately it is out of print here in Aust)
I am very intersted in the Options For Life . (CALP, chapter 6) expecially the Complex Carbo one, all others seem to be under control.

Am I right in interpretting this as REAL sugar is a No-No at RM but AS sweets will not effect stalling/weight gain ?? I have been clean & sobre (off anything sweet) for 3 days & have noticed a drastic reduction in my appetite & cravings.... I'm hoping that my weight loss will start soon.

I understand that all sweet foods (real or fake) need to be classed as carbs still but I am scared to risk having LC/AS products if there is a chance I will get the 'ole cravings again.

Does anyone have any experience with this??

PS- sorry to keep harping on the AS questions but I would like to find a way to still be able to enjoy the odd sweet treat legally without paying dearly.

You can freely use AS at RM as long as you are not allergic to it. Many who are allergic to sugar use AS for sweet treats at RM.
