Never cheating again .. this is so painful!

GOAL for August: 1) Get down to < 63.5kg / 140lbs; 2) Break gym-going record of 22 times in July!
1 Aug: 67.3kg / 148.4lbs / lunch barre
2 Aug: 66.8kg / 147.3 lbs / lunch GRID active + 15 x 2 35kg abductors + 10 shoulder press 7.5kg and 6 12.5kg
3 Aug: 66.5kg / 146.6lbs / lunch GRID STR
4 Aug: 66.5kg / 146.6lbs / evening bodypump
5 Aug: 66.4kg / 146.4lbs / wkend trip - ate ice cream, fail
6 Aug: DNW, but upon returning home in the evening, I weighed in at a hefty 69.7kg 153.7lbs (can someone gain 8.3lbs over 2 days?! I didn't even stuff my face that badly save for that ice cream.. didn't even drink alco)
7 Aug: 68.9kg / 151.9lbs / lunchtime boxing / also cheat day fail
8 Aug: 68.4kg / 150.8lbs / lunchtime barre / TIMETOTAKEBACKCONTROL###
9 Aug: 68.1 / 150.1lbs / lunchtime GRID active + 15x 35kg abductors
